In early 2022, we partnered with Kiswani Law, P.C., a family law firm, to revamp their brand strategy, redesign their website, and create ongoing social media content. In early 2024, Kiswani Law, P.C., a family law firm with deep roots in their community, approached us to refine their brand strategy, redesign their website, and manage ongoing social media content creation. The goal was to establish a warm and professional voice that resonated with their target market: the Arabic community near their office.
Challenge
This project was created to address a gap in Kiswani Law’s digital presence. While their expertise and reputation were well-established locally, their online platforms lacked the cohesive branding and tailored messaging needed to connect with their audience authentically. The project was significant because it sought to bridge cultural nuances with professional services, creating an accessible and trustworthy digital representation of the firm.
Solution
Over three months, we collaborated with Kiswani Law, P.C. to craft a brand strategy that harmonized professionalism and approachability. The website redesign focused on intuitive navigation, mobile optimization, and culturally relevant design. For social media, we created a content strategy that highlighted the firm’s expertise while building trust with their target audience. Additionally, we designed a set of branded social media carousel templates that aligned with the website and in-office branding to enhance recognition and consistency.
The project presented challenges, such as creating messaging that was authentic and relatable while maintaining a professional tone, and ensuring the website was both accessible and visually appealing. To address these, we conducted detailed market research to understand the community’s values and preferences.
