Middleterranean is a family-owned and operated fast-casual restaurant with a menu inspired by their family's traditional Middle Eastern recipes. Their goal is to bring authentic, high-quality dishes to a fast-casual setting, making traditional flavors accessible, without compromising on freshness or quality.

Summary

Overview
We developed Middleterranean’s full brand identity, including logo, iconography, color palette, and typography. We designed their website and custom online ordering system, print + digital menus, business cards, and window graphics. Our social media strategy included regular photoshoots to highlight menu items and promote weekly specials, driving engagement and brand awareness.

Challenge
The restaurant faced stiff competition, being located in a small strip mall alongside well-known national chains. Standing out visually and communicating the value of the food was essential to driving traffic and building a loyal customer base.

Solution
We emphasized key brand messaging around freshness, health, and halal-friendly ingredients, supported by visuals that showcased the food’s quality and preparation process. The brand identity features a bold green color palette and eye-catching typography to attract passersby. The single-page website design allows for seamless online ordering, improving user experience. To boost foot traffic, we ran local ads highlighting weekday specials, available for pickup only, encouraging customers to visit the physical location. These strategies led to increased sales, higher social media engagement, and a rise in online orders.
